Lord Jesus, I choose to believe in You and please forgive my sins, purify me with Your Exalted Blood from all my sins and please enter in my heart! I believe and I thank You for the Your death on the cross of Golgotha for all my sins, for all my curses and for all my diseases! Please fill me now with the Holy Spirit of God! I choose now to follow You and please guide and teach me in my new life together with You. Please transform me and help me completely remove from me old sinfull man and completely pull up on me the young saint man and protect it until the end of the world.
